After eating,
CAFNR students applauded Premium Standard Farms for providing
the meal and cups. Ag Week Steering Committee fund-raising chair
Michelle Mullins presented Premium Standard Farm representatives
with Ag Week T-shirts.
"The meal
was awesome, and it is greatly appreciated to have outside support
from Premium Standard Farms," Sara Rechterman, ag education
major, said.
With full stomachs,
CAFNR students waited outside the Trowbridge Arena for buses to
pick them up and take them to the Barnwarming dance.
"It was
great to see so many students at the Barbeque," Ag Week Steering
Committee member Katie Williams said. "Premium Standard Farms
prepared a great meal for everyone to come out and enjoy before
an evening of dancing and having fun."
